Easy Sausage and Potato Dinner

Ingredients
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
500g new potatoes, halved
454g pack sausages
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 x 340g jar tomato pasta sauce
Description
A quick and easy meal, which is also really tasty.
Method
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Fry potatoes and sausages for 5 minutes.
Add onion and pepper and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Turn sausages occasionally until browned.
Add pasta sauce, rinse jar out with a splash of water and add to the pan.
Cook, covered for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve.
