Apricot & Almond Energy Slice
Great for lunch boxes and snacks, this slice is made using Chelsea LoGiCane Low Gi sugar, giving slow release energy.

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 20x20cm cake tin with baking paper.
Heat butter, Chelsea LoGiCane™ Low GI Sugar and Chelsea Golden Syrup in a saucepan and simmer until mixture is bubbly.
Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well before pressing into the baking tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool in the tin, then cut slice into pieces.
